Terms of Use & More
As you read through this, you'll realise that this is a little bit more than just the terms of use. I meant for it to be that way. If you still have any questions regarding use of graphics provided at AExA, feel free to contact me anytime.
In General:
- All graphics provided here are copyrighted to this site and it's designer unless otherwise stated.
- No Redistribution: This means that you can not have any of my designs or any of the resources (wallpapers, avatars, tutorials, brushes, and textures) offered on this site available for download at your site or any other site. Conditions may apply and exceptions maybe granted with consent.
- No Direct linking: This means you're recommended not to link images directly to the site. Remember to upload them to your server. If you don't have or can't find one, this should be of help: http://www.photobucket.com.
- No Alteration: This includes resizing, cropping, re-doing or any sort of alteration to any and all of the designs and resources offered on the site.
A little more detailed:
- Designs: Premade layouts, if and when used, entitles a link back to this site. You aren't obliged to keep any of the accompaning text on the layout itself. I only ask that the watermark and all other outside sources credited must remain as is. If at all you wish the layout be customised, such as the title, feel free to drop me an email or contact me.
- Desktop Wallpapers: These are for personal use only. They should not be altered, resized or reused in anyway without consent. You can though, make screenshots and post them somewhere. However if you wish for them to be customized, you can contact me for a solution.
- 100x100px Avatars: Feel free to use them, no link back required. Copyright issues still apply.
- Textures: They can be used in whichever way you fancy. A link back whenever used would be appreciated but is not required.
- Brushes: Whenever used, they require a link back to AExA. Those offered on the site as .zip files are primarily for Photoshop. If you did not know already, you must extract these files using any unzipping program such as WinZip or any free unzipper, such as CoffeeCup Free Zip Wizard, to gain access to the zipped brushes.
- Image Packs: These are just images in .jpg format that show all the brushes in the .zip file; they can be used as stamps and made into brushes for any other graphic editting program.
- Tutorials: You are not under any obligation to credit once having achieve something through a tutorial. Read and review them if you wish, but please don't rewrite them and display them as your own work.
