mom: that’s it
me: you’ve always used the orange one?
mom: yeah why
me: nothing, from the start?
mom: mhmm *busily types in recipe sites*
1 Firefox loads Google as its homepage, so she associates it with the browser.
Chicken Lollipops

The other day, my mom called me to help her in the kitchen to make this dish that she had seen on one of her cooking programs on TV. They turned out good in the end, so here it is.
And they really are called chicken lollipops and no amount of nick-naming will change it.

I missed out a line from my mom’s cookbook. She proof-read the final recipe just to be sure.
