It wasn’t long ago that Sheeba became part of our family. And now (actually three weeks ago) we find another. We found her wet and covered in mud, huddling in a corner one rainy night.
Isn’t she adorable? Truth-be-told, I actually don’t know if it’s a he or a she. Cat color genetics tells me she should most likely be a she. Calico cats are almost always females and if they’re not, they’re a rare genetic anomaly – either an infertile male, or a chimeric fertile male.
Either way, we named her Skittles. She doesn’t come to us yet but quickly took a liking to the rest of the kittens (except Zuko, of course).

I’m not a cat person but she is awfully cute =]]. My parents doesn’t allow pets, they don’t need the extra responsibility I guess…
Aww she’s so cute! I love how her paw’s at the bowl, so cute!
Your cats’ names are so adorable!
Thanks! I do too, it’s my favorite part of the photo.
Can you taste the rainbow of fruit flavours? (I have no idea if you’ll be able to get the joke though lol)
She (sounds like it should be a she) looks really adorable (and tiny)
Awe! You have such lovely cats, or had! I love cats too, and I think I prefer them over dogs although dogs can be superb cute as well. We also have a female calico, my mom likes to think she’s an arabian calico cause of the white? We named her Angel Face, and I think this one is a female calico too we call her Chowmein. I have about three other cats besides these two.
I took the time to look through all your kitty photos on flickr omg so cute! <3 Inspires me to make my own flickr just for my kitties~
Your kitties are so cute! Chowmein looks like a very furry tabby cat instead of Calico. The other kitten that we have is a tabby cat, but he’s not even half as furry as Chowmein. hehe
I would love to see your own kitten photos if you do create a Flickr account for them.
Lulz, I always thought she may have some calico due to her colors, but she does look very tabby-ish.
When I get the time, I’ll create flickr account :3
Thanks <3
Wow, and I thought 3-colored cats are normal. One of our cats is also a Calico Cat. Though I have no idea if its a he or a she.
And its amazing, that your family of cats are just getting larger and larger. My family won’t like a lot of cats, though I do love cats. Waaa.
We prefer a smaller number of pets too, as it allows us to single them out to dote on without being less affectionate with one or another.
Two of the 4 kittens have a new home with my uncle now. We’re left with only four (as opposed to the 7 from before and not counting Bubbles who’s stopped visiting): Sheeba, Talyn, Zuko and the little one.
Wow, that’s still a whole lot.
I can remember back then my affectionate cats (2 of them) who often goes to my bed to sleep. Hehe.
The cats we have now aren’t attached to me anymore.
