Chicken Lollipops
Category: Food & Recipes, Mom

The other day, my mom called me to help her in the kitchen to make this dish that she had seen on one of her cooking programs on TV. They turned out good in the end, so here it is.

And they really are called chicken lollipops and no amount of nick-naming will change it.

Edit on 26th February 2008: If you have this saved or copied somewhere before this edit date, don’t make it!! O_O I missed out a line from my mom’s cookbook. She proof-read the final recipe just to be sure.

@ Tammy: My mom says (=P) All-spice tastes better than Garam Masala but you can substitute one for the other with only a slight variation in taste. She prefers all-spice for continental dishes and Garam Masala for traditional Indian recipes (as do I)

@ Kiru: XP Those are good, yeah they look similar to each other.

@ Faye: LOL candy floss

Finally~ I get to see these Lollipops xD

They do look like trees lol. though I can see why she would call them lollipops all the same. (the colour most certainly isn’t lollipop like though. All in all, they look really cute.

I wonder if All-spice would be the same as Garam Masala. Somehow I’m sure there’s some differences… I’ll have to probe. I love the caption throughout the process (espcially comment in step 4) It does sound tasty… will have to try it out one of these days if I have wings to work with.
