I’ve been tagged by Skye, though I recall doing something similar before.

Here’s 10 things you didn’t know about me:

  1. I believe the world needs more feel-good animated movies.
  2. I’m the shortest in the family, a midget at 5′2″. It doesn’t help when you’re trying to be the intimidating older sibling.
  3. I automatically close my eyes to walk and feel my way around during power failures that occur at night.
  4. My hair grows really fast and since I love waist-length hair, I hope that never changes.
  5. I need a fair amount of sauce in my pizza to truly enjoy it. I get really annoyed when they’re being too stingy with it.
  6. I used to want to be a Marine Biologist when I was young and tossed the idea to my parents for a couple years before finally giving up.
  7. Last year I went through a depressive1 period where I was an anhedonic2 insomniac3 who refused to be social and gained unhealthy weight. It took 7-8 months of daily exercise and portion-control to burn it off.
  8. I own a pink and black ballerina gym bag from back when I was in grade 6. I use it hold the unmentionables.
  9. I don’t like chocolate that has fruit/raisins in it, but I like it with nuts. Plain is best, of course.
  10. I’ve become more tolerant towards trying food with ingredients I rarely like. I think it comes with growing older.

1-3 terms loosely used; in a non-medical way.

I tag: Tammy, Luufie Moon, Charlotte, Rogelio, Philene, Faye and since I don’t have ten people to tag – anyone else who wants to do this, consider yourself tagged.

Keyboard shortcuts, I mean. The following lists are of keyboard shortcuts that I’m glad were invented – alternatively, those shortcuts I use almost on a daily basis. You probably are aware of most of them.

Top Firefox Shortcuts:

  1. CTRL + T: Open Tab
  2. CTRL + L: Jump to location/address bar
  3. CTRL + K: Jump to Google search bar on right
  4. CTRL + W: Close Tab
  5. CTRL + Click link: Open link in a new tab
  6. CTRL + D: Delicious bookmark (needs Delicious Add-on installed)
  7. CTRL + +/- : Increase and decrease font size respectively.

Top Photoshop Shortcuts:

  1. CTRL + ALT + Z: multiple Undos as far as History will allow
  2. CTRL + J: Duplicate Layer
  3. CTRL + SHIFT + N: New Layer
  4. CTRL + G: Group selected layers
  5. CTRL + F: Apply recently used Filter
  6. CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + E: Stamp all visible layers without merging
  7. CTRL + ALT + C: Canvas Resize
  8. CTRL + ALT + I: Image Resize
  9. CTRL + T: Free Transform

Earlier I used to think that Photoshop could really do with more default keyboard shortcuts. What I did not realize was that there are actually so many more.

A little reading up and I was happy to find more useful keyboard shortcuts that I know will come in handy. You may as well have a look at them yourself:
